My name is Akari and you can learn Japanese with me through various ways, including private/group lessons, podcasts, videos and blogs. I’ll explain a little bit more below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Private online lessons

  1. What kind of lessons do I provide?

    • Free conversation (intermediate level and above)

    • Systematic study of grammar using textbooks (beginner to intermediate)

      • Textbooks for beginners: GENKI, Irodori

      • For those who are intermediate and above, I will use a wide range of textbooks and other learning resources depending on their needs.

    • Using movies and anime (intermediate and above)

    • For JLPT (N5-N1)

    • Business Japanese

  2. How can I book private lessons?

  3. Can I book multiple lessons at once?

    • Yes, you can!

Writing courses

You will be able to practice writing various kinds of Japanese, such as general, Business, and so on. I’m providing three courses. With each piece that you write, in addition to correcting your mistakes, a simple grammar explanation will also be provided to you. The detail information is here.

App on App Store

Sensei TV is a video based flashcard app for learning Japanese, all videos are anchored by me. With this app, you can practice your vocabulary using my videos. All the videos have subtitles and furigana, and you can also see translations of Japanese words.They are regularly updated. You can use all functions for free.

Podcasts, videos and blogs

I regularly publish podcasts, videos and blogs about Japanese culture, traveling in Japan, books, movies and many other topics. They are all free and you can access them through my website, Spotify / Apple Podcasts (search for Nihongo for You), Instagram and YouTube. They are fun and could help your Japanese studies in new ways.
